News are that an Oni was spotted walking around the Higashiyama Ward in Kyoto carrying his giant club, looking quite confused! Perhaps he lost his way from his home on Mount Daimonji? Yokai aren't often seen in large cities, so naturally all tourists decided to visit other Kyoto landmarks while the issue was resolved. An Oni can be quite scary at the towering height of 10 feet!

A maiko, unperturbed by the news, decides to take advantage of the empty streets to enjoy a leisurely stroll on Yasaka-dori at sunset. Such a peaceful view!
